Sign my family in my Family Premium

Hi, folks.

 

I need some help here. I just made the Family Premium account and my family receives the invitatio, but they're not allowed to sign in. We get a yellow message saying that can't prove that we live in the same address. But we live!

 

Could anybody help me, please?
