Since days I can not pay the abo whether the mastercard is freshly loaded. I have kept to the hilfangabe and now the family ABO. But can not make a new because the card is not accepted. I have already spoken to the card provider. They can not help me.

We have had the abo for a long time and until now never had problems with this mastercard.
