Sister was removed from family plan and can't add her back

Sister was removed from family plan and can't add her back

She has been on the account for a few years and then a couple of days ago she noticed ads. Obviously she blamed me and said I booted her off, siblings... But I didn't and we're trying to resolve it. When she clicks the link it just says she's not at the same address and can't be added to a plan for 12 months. We haven't moved so I've not edited any details on the account.

Sorry to see this has happened to you!

As we cannot view your accounts from the Community though, I'd suggest your sister contacts our support folks instead 🙂
They'll be able to figure out what the issue is and assist accordingly.
 

Tip: You can also let her know she can check her email inbox for any possible notifications regarding the subscription change to free.
