Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan -Family Plan

Hi Guys,

 

I was part of a family plan, but recently they removed me, and right now I have a free subscription and I am thinking of Family Plan, but when I click this subscription, I receive the following error,

Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium.
can anybody help me to figure it out?

Thanks for the post.

 

This is very strange. I'd suggest you try again after 24 hours, as sometimes there could be server maintenance.

 

It's best to try and subscribe from an incognito browser window, to avoid possible issues with browser cache & cookies. 

 

Note that the country of your Spotify account has to match the country that you're currently living in, in order to subscribe for any Premium Plan.
