Spotify Famili invite doesn't work

Hello, 

 

Last week I received several e-mails where I had to confirm the address to be able to continue my Spotify Premiun plan. However, they were directly sent to SPAM and I didn't realize that they were there. 

Now, I find myself out of the Premium Plan. And I am actually living in the same house as the other members. 

 

My sister keeps sending me the invitation but when I put the data (I have checked several times, and I am writing and submitting the correct information), there is a red box on top of the screen saying that "I cannot join this Spotify Premium Plan". 

 

Could you please send me get back my Premium Plan, and still be in the Family Plan?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you ask the owner of the plan to send another invite using a different email address?

We have the same issue. Send the invite at 2 different Emails and both have the same error Messege. What we can do? We pay and not able to use it...
