Spotify Family Lost Premium.

Spotify Family Lost Premium.

Hi Guys,

Been paying for premium family for a while now. I am the owner of the account. Everyone else in the family still has premium, but it has dropped off my account. As the owner i have no way to drop off and re-join.

It all still looks valid on the account, and Spotify is still taking the money.

 

any help appreciated.

but i dont want to cancel my subscription. I want it restore premium.

It sounds like you are logging into the wrong account. It's very easy to create an account with us so perhaps you created an extra one you don't know about. You can read on this page how to find additional accounts. You can see in the email receipt you get at the start of a subscription, which username has been upgraded.
