Spotify Family Plan

I've just subscribed to the Spotify Family plan, I have sent my family members a link each to use it and make their own accounts. However whenever another member of the family logs on and uses the Spotify on another device, Spotify stops the music and only lets one family member at a time use the account at a time on one device at a time. I've tried setting a device password but whenever I click on the link to set the password, Spotify claims there is an error. How do I fix this?

First of all you have to be sure that all members have their accounts active and logging in correctly.


Please click here to see if they're active.


If so, ask each of them to log in using the correct e-mail addresses and let me know if this works!
