Spotify Family plan no longer active after my work deactivated then reactivated my email

Has anyone had this problem? Was there a fix to reactivate Spotify family on my email? I will have the family plan creator delete my account and resend a link to see if that works

Hey @shajosy, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

That's strange, never heard of this happening but rest assured you can use that same account to join the previous Family plan.

Just be careful because you will have to wait 12 months until you join a Family plan if something happens and it gets your account kicked out. You can learn more here.

 

A tip I would give is it not use emails provided by school/work, since they can terminate them anytime and you won't have access to services or anything you use by signing up with these emails.
