Spotify Family - received no invitation

Spotify Family - received no invitation

 

Hi!

 

My dad made Spotify Family and sent an invitation to all our family members (total, incl. him 6 persons). Everyone received a e-mail except of me. We tried to delete and resent the invitation, searched in my unwanted inbox etc. we tried everything but nothing works > whatever we try, I'm not receiving the invitation!
While I have Premium a while for my self and meanwhile received emails for my Spotify Premium account. So it's not that my e-mail or inbox doesn't work... 😞

First, we'd recommend double-checking the email address registered on your Spotify account. To do so, you can head here

 

Once you've confirmed the email address registered on your Spotify account is the one your plan's owner is sending the invitation to, we'd recommend trying the steps here
