Spotify Family

Spotify Family

My stepbrother has sent me a mail to join his spotify subscription but when I want to join I get this message:

 

3 - Oeps! Er is iets fout gegaan. Probeer het opnieuw.

 

 

which means in English: Whoops! Something went wrong. Try again.

 

I tried again and again and again and it keeps popping up.

Oh no, this issue has been going on for some time now. What you can do is to get in touch with the Spotify team from any of their social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
