Spotify Family

Spotify Family

We live in a student house with 15 other people. Our plan was working normally, and we were suddenly notified that the addresses did not match and we needed to update. We update and still can not. Could you check, please?

This plan only supports 6.

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If you feel they've been wrongly removed from your Premium for Family, we recommend that you contact us here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter.
