My Question or Issue

Hi. I use Spotify Premium Family. For my son I installed Spotify Kids. We also use Family Link. We managed to stop the device to a certain time. Unfortunately i have to log in every time again after family Link usage time was extended. Is these a known issue? And how can i resolve it?

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

First of all, I'm so sorry for the big delay in answering your thread. About your case, could you double-check on Family Link settings if there are no options to "close the app and log out when the allowed app time runs out" is activated? If no such thing is there, then it could be a temporary error and we could try with some basic troubleshooting, like a clean reinstallation

 

Also, last but not least, have in mind that these are all relatively new apps/platforms so I'd imagine there'll be some issues along the way while they get fully developed.
