Spotify Premium Family membership and UPI Payments

My Question or Issue

So after my annual Premium Family membership expired a few months ago, it appears one-time annual payment is no longer working. The online payment option lists it where it says, it will charge 179INR every month, but I am not sure how to setup that up. Since I had no other better option, I have been using 199INR payment for the month and in this case, Spotify family membership dance of inviting family members have to be done again for the month. BTW my payment was done using UPI. How can I fix this once and for all? Ideally I like a true one-time payment for annual subscription v/s a non-working recurring payment that doesn't have valid working link leaving one with no option but to go with monthly payment of 199INR. 

This is scam and someone needs to fix this bug asap!

We really appreciate the time you took to let us know about this. We can confirm that the 3-month, 6-month and 12-month pre-paid Family plan payment is not available at the moment. That's why you can only see the option to pre-pay for 1 month.

In that sense, and since you mentioned you're not sure how to set up a monthly charge and that you use UPI to pay for your Spotify subscription, we invite you to read this article.
