Spotify automatically upgraded my Premium plan to Family plan and charged me for it?

Spotify automatically upgraded my Premium plan to Family plan and charged me for it?

Like the title says, Spotify automatically upgraded me without my permission and has charged me extra for no reason at all. What do I do? I don't have any other members on my account and I've been using Premium for a few months now with no problems.

This sounds a bit odd.

Please use this help guide to make sure you have no other account listed under your details.

In addition, check this help article on reasons for extra or double charges on accounts.

In case you need to cotact support for a refund, following the steps on the second help article i added will lead you there.
