Spotify could not make the verification of my family

Spotify could not make the verification of my family

Spotify sent an email to my family saying that it could not verified their address and they have the same address as I have so I need to know how you do the verification or if it is that you are selling a plan that does not work the way you say should work.

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

 

In order to host a Spotify Family subscription, you must reside at the same physical location, as stated in the T&Cs.

 

If your family members don't verify that in 7 days, they will get kicked from the Family Subscription. 

 

If you think that your family members have been kicked by accident, you should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂
