Spotify doesn't recognise me as premium customer, forces recommended songs

Spotify doesn't recognise me as premium customer, forces recommended songs

I have a premium account. But when I am playing a playlist, spotify starts playing recommended songs. When I try to switch off shuffle, it days I am trying to access a premium feature. My account is all ip to date.

Hi there, thanks for writing.

 

My first suggestion is that you click on the link bellow and check if it says Premium or Free on your account details:

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

@bittrncourt hi I have the same problem and I have been a premium user of a family plan I have for years! My account says premium and I am paying to be premium. What could be the problem?
