Spotify family won't send an email to the family after redeeming

Hi!

My mom just bought Spotify family. She added me, and her phone says that there should have been sent an email to my adress. But I cant seem to recieve it, we removed it several times, and then added it again. But it wont seem to work?

How can I join?

Hey @heiidikristin

 

Tell her to send by herself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail. This can be done through her profile page.
 
Accept the invite logged in with your own username in the app and in the website and you'll be set. Just be sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly.

Thanks for the reply. But be cant seem to understand, where to find this link. Did she recieve it in the mail? 

I still wont work by sending the email through the system, witch seems to be only way to invite family as we can find. Is it possible for you to fix it for us?

That's an old reply. Can you try inviting her again from a different browser/incognito window?

 

If that doesn't help, the member you’re trying to invite should change the email on their Spotify account, and then try inviting them again, sending the request to this new email.
