Kart kabul etmiyor. Nasıl ödeme yapacağım bilmiyorum. Duo kullandığım kardeşimin hesabından da ödeme yapamıyoruz. İkimizde mağduruz.

If your current payment method is a newly-issued card, it's worth checking with your bank if there are some restrictions placed on it. 

Should this not be the case, if possible, try subscribing via an incognito browser window and/or a different device or network.
In case this doesn't help as well - if it's an option - try a different card or payment method.
