My Question or Issue

I downloaded my music, I have been using Spotify for 4 years already, some days ago I started having problems with the app, because even when I downloaded my music I can’t listen it if I’m not connected at the internet, I delete and installed again the app and downloaded again the all but I’m still having the same trouble and there is not Spotify assistance, so i don’t know what else I could do bc no one is helping me 😞

Thank you for sharing your issue with the Community!
Does it happen only on this specific iPhone? From the looks of it, this may very well be cache-related.
You've mentioned that you've already tried reinstalling, but what I'd suggest here as a first step is a complete clean reinstall as it contains extra steps, including clearing up your local cached data.

If this doesn't help, you may reach out to our support folks as well, as they can see your account and check if there's an issue with how your device saves the cached data in the first place (and reset it if there's something wrong there).

In case none of the above help you out, do let us know and we'll gladly take a further look at what might be causing this.
