Spotify kicks us off yet we have premium family plan.

Spotify kicks us off yet we have premium family plan.

While someone plays Spotify on Sonos at home it kicks me off Spotify in my truck. We got family premium to prevent this. Very frustrated.

Hi there!

 

It's possible that the wrong Spotify account got linked in the Sonos app. What they can try back home is unlink the current Spotify account and link a new one instead. The steps can be found here.
