My Question or Issue

when I try to invite my wife to my family share premium membership, it states she already has an account. My family account. but on the list of family members on my account she is NOT listed. However, whenever she listens to her playlist that's what automatically plays on my device. So frustrating. I have invited her by two different email but because of demographic information in both cases " this user already has an account". Which is MY account. but again she is not listed !

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You'll need to make sure that your account isn't logged in in the browser she's using to open the invite link. 🙂 That way, the the site will prompt her to either sign into her existing account or sign up for a new one.

 

Alternatively, she can also try using a different device or browser to accept the invite.
