Spotify premium family Address

I can't join the invite my family sent me. We live in the same house. Same address. SAME EVERYTHING. I even changed my spotify account in the hopes that it will be resolved but it kept saying that they can't confirm my address.

I have the same problem, and I can't find where could solve my problem, there's no way to make a clarification about it, does anybody knows what's the solution for this problem?, does an e-mail exists to clarify this situation?
