Fick mail idag från Spotify att min betalning inte gick att behandla och min prenumeration pausats. Jag har Spotify family via Telia och enlig dom är det inga problem med betalningen. Vad har hänt? Telias support hittade inga fel.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

These kind of notifications are sent when your payment is directly through Spotify, instead of a third party like Telia.

 

Sometimes, your service provider cancels the subscription which will turn your account back to Free automatically. However, since they are managing your subscription, only they can help you set it back up.

 

To help you with this, is best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll need to take a closer look at your Spotify account to help you out.
