My Google Home stops playing music saying that Spotify started playing on another device. It is only my wife, son and I on our plan and none of us are playing it on another dvice. It happens multiple times a day. I have removed all off line devices but that didn't help.
Thanks for the reply although I never had a problem logging in, I tried reseting my password anyway which didn't help. I know you're not an employee so just putting this note in just incase employees use the community. I can't fand any other way to bring it to their attention. The service is to the point that the annoyance of getting disconnected about hourly has us on the edge of canceling.
