Spotify took my wife off the family plan and cant rejoin

My Question or Issue

When I first joined my wife had to be approved by someone on Spotify.

We had no problems until about a month ago when one of my kids was taken off the family list. But I reinstalled it and worked fine.

Now my wife has been taken off the plan and cannot rejoin.

The address we all live in is the same. The google address finder does not find it exactly, so Im guessing I chose one and she chose another. In both cases its 1 or 2 streets off and neither is fully correct.

All live together. If you give me an email I can send our IDs as proof.

Both my kids are minors and their passports doesn't have an address so that wouldn't work. But the problem is with my wife's account.

The closest google address to our house is: 
Calle La Sabana, Cd. Merliot, El Salvador

Thanks for coming to the Community.


The first thing I recommend doing is taking a look at this support article🙂 You'll be able to verify what your address is by following the steps in the article.

 

After this, you can try sending another invitation. When accepting, the invited family member should type in the exact same address that you, the plan manager, provided to Spotify.


To ensure everything goes without issues, the invitation should best be opened from an incognito browser session on a desktop PC with a LAN internet connection and no VPN/Proxy.

tried both links. Doesn't work since as soon as I attempt to join it says she cannot join this family plan for at least 12 months. And then it tries to sell me another premium membership.

I think it must be manually validated at this point. That's why I offered to send IDs to verify that we live in the same address.
