Spotify won't let my daughter join our account because she changed accounts

We had Spotify family - then changed to individual then back to family and now it won't let my daughter on.

When you say Spotify won’t let your daughter on, do you mean she can’t login or she can’t join the family plan? If it’s that she can’t join the family plan, you should be able to send her email a link to join from the plan manager account. If it’s that she can’t login, make sure her email and password are correct and if she’s still unable to login, select forgot password and have it reset. Hope this helps!
