I have 2 devices and am currently registered with premium family, on my laptop it recognized my premium membership however on my phone it wouldn't recognize me as a premium member. what should i do?

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.
Hi, I have a similar problem. I am logged in as a family member on my phone - but when I log in with the same email address on my laptop I get a free version and is not recognized with my family member. What can I do?
