Spouse getting "you can't join this plan" error when using the invite link I sent her

Spouse getting "you can't join this plan" error when using the invite link I sent her. She has been on this plan for years, but suddenly was kicked off the plan and now she is unable to utilize the link I send her from the app. Please advise on how to fix.
