Subscribed to family, but Can't access the family page

Hi,

I have recently subscribed to family plan, however I can't add my address there to start using it.

I can't access the https://www.spotify.com/in-en/account/family/ page.

I am already an individual premium member, want to change the subscription to family.

thanks.

Hey @akashkaveti ,

Thanks for reaching out.

Just to double-check, have you already upgraded to Premium Family? If so, you should be able to access the page you linked when logged into the right account.

If you don't have Premium Family yet, you'll need to subscribe to it first at https://spotify.com/family before you'll be able to access the page.

Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

My subscription date is changed but I can't see what type of subscription I have.

and the money has been deducted from my bank account.

Still can't access the URL that I mentioned.

 Hey @akashkaveti ,

It says Spotify premium,

Ah now I understand, My current plan expires on 22nd Nov, so I guess my family plan will only be activated after that.

Is there any other way I can let go my current plan and start the new subscription which I already paid for?
