Subscription Premium Family Issues - PT

I have subscribed Premium Family on the 31 st December. I am not able to invite members from the app. The members I invited after subscription can not validate address.

I can see I am Premium in the App... When I log in the Spotify web page it says that I have a Free Plan.

Hi @Daniela_SMSMCardoso,

 

I suggest you try to log in the web player using the same email address as shown in your app's profile.

 

You can also try checking this info using the link bellow

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

 

Keep in mind that you'll only be able to invite members to your plan from your account page, as it's not possible to do this directly from the app. You'll find more info in this support article. If your family members are still having issues joining the plan, could you let us know which error they're seeing?

 

Additionally, you mention that you can see the free tier when logging in on the web page, so it's possible that you have more than one account. In case you're unsure about which account has the Premium subscription, we'd suggest reaching out to our Support team here for further help.

Dear All

Please find enclosed which error appears when the members try to validate
the address.

The link sent to check the address does not work as showed in the second
picture.

I am not able to tell you if I have a second account...
