My problem:

When i opened spotify app, i have had the free account tenplate there. I checked our family subscription and it is still ongoing. I tried logging out and in, but even that didn't help. When i received new join link from my dad, it said that i cannot join more than once in a year, but i haven't joined any other subscription or stuff. So i am kinda helpless right now.

Thanks for the post.

 

You can check your account page > Receipts to see the last time you've changed your subscription. This includes leaving and re-joining a family plan. If you've done this one in the last 12 months, you won't be able to do it again this year. 

 

If you haven't left and joined a Family plan in the last 12 months, try opening the link from your father in an incognito browser window or on another device, to avoid issues caused by browse cache & cookies.
