My Question or Issue

We have just upgraded to Premium for Family.  After a couple of days I am getting artist suggestions, podcast suggestions and recently played items relevant to other family members listening habits.

Example - I listen to 90's and 00's metal and my wife listens to Taylor Swift and country music.  When I am logged in now, I get suggestions to listen to Carrie Underwood and a Country Gold playlist.

How do we separate the individual members of a family so this does not happen?

Hey there @redmoonturtle!

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community!

First it's important to make sure that everyone has connected their own individual account to the Family plan and that nobody is logged in on your account. Take a look here for more info.

And if you have any smart speakers that you've only linked to your account and your family uses voice commands or Connect to play music on thm, the tracks will be reflected on your account.

We'd recommend checking that and making sure the other users also have their accounts linked to the speaker.

It's a good idea to log out from all your devices with the steps here and log in again with the correct accounts.

We hope this info helps. We'll be here if you have any other questions.
