Switch my Duo plan to family plan.

I want to switch my Duo plan to family plan
I get e message: If you want to change your plan, contact your plan manager.
In my account I don't find an option to add family members.

Thanks for reaching out.


Based on the message you're seeing, it sounds like you're logged into an account that is a member of a Premium Duo plan.


To make changes to the subscription, you'll need to log into the owner account of the Premium Duo plan.
