Switched from Duo to Family. But account still shows Duo

Hi. Today switched from my 3 month Duo subscription to a 3 month Family subscription and paid for the same. However, my account still shows I'm using Duo. I read on the website that you could switch between plans. I've got the receipts. Also, will I be refunded the difference amount between my duo and family plan?

I did the same thing and I get exactly the same error. I can't load the address or any other data. When I go to view the account it tells me that "I have to subscribe".

You should be able to change your subscription type from your account page or from the home page here.

 

If you're not able to choose Family on either of those, could you send us a screenshot of what options you see on those pages? Just make sure that you don't show any personal info like email addresses or any payment info.
