Hi... could anyone advise if I could switch my premium account to permium family?

Do I have to cancel my premium account first before subscirpt to family permium?

No, you can just upgrade from Premium to Premium to Family at https://spotify.com/family.

No need to cancel your current subscription 🙂 It's all being switched automatically for you.
