My Question or Issue

 Hi - I have a Premium subscription taken out with a 3rd party, but want to upgrade to Premium for Family which must be direct with spotify. So I have cancelled my subscription with the third party. But I am still unable to set up the new Family subscription on the website. Please help! Thanks

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You need to wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan. Until then, you won't be able to get Premium for Family. 🙂
