If you're having issues joining a Family or Duo plan, check these:

• Make sure you're entering the same address the plan owner has set up on their account.
• Premium Family is for users who live together, if you don't live with the plan owner, check the other subscriptions we have available for you here.
• Double check that you're country settings are correct by following these steps.
• Plan members can only switch plans once every 12 months. If you already changed plans in the last 12 months, you won't be able to join a new plan, but you can try joining the last plan you were part of.
• Try accepting the invite from an private/incognito tab and a different device.

If none of those help, it's best to reach out to our Support Team so they can help you with that.
