The Premium Family page just keeps loading and doesn't open. I can't manage my Family plan.

Sorry to see this has been happening to you!
Could you try the same process from an incognito browser session and let us know how it goes?
If the page loads in incognito, then you'll most likely need to clear the browser's cache & cookies in order for it to load normally as well 🙂

My problem is I can login to my account and when I go to Premium Family to "Manage your family" it shows my 5 users but there are no buttons to click to actually manage them. I have tried on two different Macbook Pros in Chrome and also tried incognito mode and in Safari to no avail.
Also, yesterday Jan 13, the age would not load for me at all. Today I can load it but again, there are no buttons and nothing is clickable in the Manage your family tab.
