The family member can not confirm the membership

The family member can not confirm the membership

I invited 2 members of my family, we are living on the same adress. The family members tryied to confirm the membership using the link i was sending. They typed the same adress but it doesnt work (and they use same internet network like me)

Is there some other conditions for using family account? (same adress like my facebook acount, or same surnname,...)

I have the family account (only 10 days), you already charged 9 euros from my account. If i cancel my account to make a new one, will i get my cash back?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
