My Question or Issue

My mum has recently started a Premium Family account and I can't join. I had a duo before with my brother and he has been able to switch, but I(the manager of the duo account) can't. Every time I try, no matter the device, it simply says "There was a problem. Please try again later." My duo plan expires on the 3rd of March, what do I do? And why does it work for my brother and not me?

Please help!!!

Hey @Gingercat,

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you're the manager of a Premium Duo plan, you'll first need to wait for your subscription to end before you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂

If you haven't canceled it yet, you can do it by following these steps: https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.

I hope this helps!

Hello,

It's been over 12 months since I've been in a duo plan. I have the same issue right now when I want to accept the invite to a family plan with someone else. We all have the same home address.

I keep getting an "error please try again later" message after confirming the address when accepting an invite for a family plan
