My Question or Issue

Hello! Im trying to add a member into my family plan. He just created a Spotify Account so he never joined any family member before. It says there was an error. please try again. Everytime after he trying to confirm our address. We both have Malaysia accounts. ive tried using different browser and ive tried private mode. Anybody knows how can we fix this?

If this issue persists after trying in a private browser it'd be also useful to log in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.

 

In case you still experience this on another device as well, send us a screenshot displaying the error message you get. You can attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue and assist you.
