Upon entering and submitting the address from the invitation link, we get the message There was a problem, try again later.  family member had a duo premium account that we cancelled but is still active through late july.  my daughter is not happy that i cancelled her account, and even though its good for a couple more weeks, i need to get this resolved.  We've logged out of all devices and have tried it on an iphone 11 pro and imac.  please help resolve this issue ive seen may posts about.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

The error message that is appearing is expected 🙂 The canceled Duo subscription on your daughter's account must expire first.

 

Once it has expired, she should be able to join your Premium Family plan.
