Trouble adding users to premium

Hi,

 

I recently had my entire family on my Spotify account and they all input my home address but after about a week it says they can’t verify my address anymore and it boots them off and now they can’t join. I don’t know what the issue is but it’s very frustrating.

 

 iPhone 7 Plus (all 5 users)

Same address for 5 people

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

First, we'd suggest giving it a try and reinviting your family members to your plan. If they're having troubles accepting the invite, they can try accepting them in an incognito or private window in their browsers.

 

You can find instructions on how to do that here.

 

If they still have troubles joining your plan, it'd be handy if you could attach a screenshot of the error message they see when they try to join. Please make sure to remove any sensitive information from that screenshot 🙂
