Trouble in adding a family member

Trouble in adding a family member

I am the owner of my family, and I have been trying to add a member since the last two weeks, but we have been unable to add him. He contacted the support and we were told to cancel and resend the invite, but I have done that numerous, yet to no avail. He just is not getting the invite. We reside at the same address. Can anyone please help us?

Hey @alyyharoon,

have you looked into the spam folder?

Moreover you should try to send the invitation mail to another mail address. From there you can still join the family membership, when it’s not the mail connected to your Spotify account i think.

For me Gmail worked fine.
