Trouble playing music on our family account

Trouble playing music on our family account

Hi there i was wondering if someone could help me with our family subscription, my wife is have a great deal of difficulty with her spotify downloads, not downloading and her music not play all the time when she pushes on the album it just shows a black screen with 3 dots,like it isnt down loading?

Sorry for the delayed response but maybe I can still help.

 

Is this only happening with your wife on the plan? If so, can she try restarting her device? If that doesn't help, have her try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If she’s still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.
