Trouble with the address set up for new people in the Family Plan

Trouble with the address set up for new people in the Family Plan

Hello.

I'm trying to add a new person to my family plan but the problem is I (the account holder) can't remember the address that I set up not i habe it written down. Thing is here in my country we use a totally different address system and format so I don't remember how I entered it nor I can seem to find where to locate that information in my account.

Hey @nathannasser,

 

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to view/change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

If you move or enter the wrong details, or simply forgot what address is registered, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account 🙂
