Trying to add son to premium, default address city is wrong

Trying to add son to premium, default address city is wrong and he is getting an error message that the address is wrong but he tried correcting it and it's unable to be corrected. Please help. Address should be 118 Kings Road Plymouth Meeting PA; you have it listed as Conshohocken PA and we cannot correct it to match our actual address in Plymouth Meeting.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

When you are the owner of a Family plan, only you can change the address registered in it. If the exact address is not displayed when you're choosing the location, you can select the one closest to you making sure that all the members that want to join your plan will use the same address. You can see more info here.

However, if the account is not part of a group plan yet, it will not have an address set. Keep in mind that the address can only be set when you receive an invitation to join or start a Duo/Family plan.

Also, make sure the accounts are both registered in the same country to avoid issues when joining. You can check/change the country of your account by following the steps of this article.
