Trying to join family plan, screen says: There was a problem, please try again later

Trying to join family plan, screen says: There was a problem, please try again later

Trying to join family plan, when putting the address in, I am redirected to a screen saying: There was a problem, please try again later.

I have tried on multiple occasions, on different devices, same issue persisting.

Hey @m24kermit,

 

Thank you for sharing this with the Community!
The error may occur if the account you're trying to join with is already in another Premium plan.
If this is the case, you'll need to revert it back to free before you can join a Family or a Duo plan.
