Acabo de contratar el plan familiar y envié la invitacion a un familiar mío.
A mi familiar le ha llegado el mail con la invitacion, inició sesión con su cuenta de spotify y sin embargo, al confirmar el código de invitacion, le aparece el mensaje "No te pudimos agregar al plan familiar porque es necesario que tu cuenta esté basada en el mismo país que el titular del plan familiar."
Ambos vivimos en Argentina, tenemos las cuentas configuradas en Argentina. La única diferencia es que mi cuenta está creada desde Spotify y la de mi familiar esta creada iniciando sesión desde Facebook.

There are a few possible reasons why you might get the error message that your country doesn't match the one on the Family plan.
First, it's important to check the country that's registered on the account page here for all accounts that will be part of the plan, both the owner and the members.
If that country doesn't match, you should be able to change it directly on a free account with the steps here. Make sure you're not using a VPN when trying this. It's also a good idea to give it a go in an incognito page.
If you have a Premium account, you can change your country by registering a payment method issued in that country. This is for verification reasons.
Sometimes if you were able to change the payment method to one from the new country but your account is still set to the old one, you'll need to wait until your next payment date so that the change will go into effect.
When your next payment goes through your new registered method, the account should sync up and you will be able to add your family members to the plan.
