My Question or Issue
Hi. I have just taken out a Family Subscription, however when my son tries to accept the invitation, he is direct to the Confirmation screen, where he is ading his name and address, (same as the one I am registered to) but the final Submit button does not highlight - and cannot be activated.
What has gone wrong.

Sorry to hear this. Could you tell him to try to accept the invitation using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't work, could you try sending the invite using a different email address (you don't have to send the invite to the email address registered w/ Spotify).
